Shipping 
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. Orders over $75.00! 
  • A standard rate of $5.95 applies to all U.S. orders below $75.00
  • Body & Sol strives to make customer satisfaction our top priority and we understand that making orders correct and fast shipping is an integral part of making this happen! Therefore, all orders received on normal business days before 12:00 pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on normal business days after 12:00 pm CST or otherwise outside of normal business hours will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
Returns
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, some health and personal care items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds (if applicable) 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bodyandsolboutique@hotmail.com.
  • Sale items (if applicable) 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges (if applicable) 
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bodyandsolboutique@hotmail.com and send your item to: Body and Sol, 419 North Main Street, Borger TX 79007, United States.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Body and Sol, 419 North Main Street, Borger TX 79007, United States
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • At Body & Sol Boutique, we strive to serve our fabulous customers and are dedicated to making your experience one that you won't forget! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
  • Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

  • *Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
  • *Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
  • We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
